Jamieson Place has security personnel on the premises 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. The security desk is located on the main floor lobby of the building.

Security is a high priority; however, effective security requires the participation of everyone. We encourage tenants to remain vigilant, secure their own premises and participate fully in building security procedures.

ClikFIX:

ClikFIX is Bentall's central tenant service contact centre that includes both an extended hours of service request team and a 24 x 7 Web Self-Serve portal. The system gives Bentall the power to provide a custom service experience for each tenant. Tenants have a choice talking to a live human over the telephone or to self-serve over web or e-mail. Tenants do not want to be on hold and do not want to play telephone tag; they want to receive a person that is familiar with their operations during business hours or after-hours. ClikFIX provides these options.
