Security is a high priority; however, effective security requires the participation of everyone. We encourage tenants to remain vigilant, secure their own premises and participate fully in building security procedures.
ClikFIX:
ClikFIX is Bentall Kennedy's central tenant service contact centre that includes both an extended hours of service request team and a 24 x 7 Web Self-Serve portal. The system gives Bentall Kennedy LP the power to provide a custom service experience for each tenant. Tenants have a choice talking to a live person over the telephone or to utilize the self-serve over web or e-mail. Tenants do not want to be on hold and do not want to play telephone tag; they want to receive a person that is familiar with their operations during business hours or after-hours. ClikFIX provides these options.
