Parking
Jamieson Place has a 500 stall parkade on five levels accessable by the shuttle elevators. Paid public parking is available using the latest Pay on Foot technology. In addition there is a secure bicycle cage located on the P1 level for all tenants to use on a first come, first served basis. Adjacent to the bicycle cage are men's and women's locker rooms for tenants usage.
Current parking rates are:
Unreserved monthly: $ 525.00
Reserved monthly: $ 605.00
Daily: $ 33.50
Hourly: $ 10.00 per hour
Evenings: $ 5.00 flat rate
Weekends: $ 5.00 flat rate
GST not included in prices above.
Public parking hours: 6am to 11pm, Monday to Friday
Monday to Friday: 24 hours for tenants with reserved parking
Paid parking is available during evenings, weekends and holidays
Parking Validation
There are three options for parking validations:
1) Pre-purchased Entry & Exit ticket. This can be set-up to give the user a # of days worth of parking, dollar amount or percentage. They would require this ticket prior to entering the facility and use the same ticket upon exiting.
2) Coupon. This is used upon exit and is treated as money. You would first insert your entry ticket followed by this coupon for payment. Again this can be any dollar value (pre-paid).
In either of these cases, if the validation does not cover the complete cost, payment will be required to make up the difference.
3) Temporary Passes. These are used for a certain time frame and act similar to a monthly parker. They would use the same ticket in & out until expired.

They are currently operating out of Livingston Place located at 222 - 3 rd Avenue SW and will be shuttling vehicles to and from Jamieson Place. Fuel Efficent Vehicle Parking
As part of our LEED Gold Designation, 25 prime parking stalls (P1) have been designated for Fuel Efficient Vehicles only. These stalls are signed and are monitored by Impark to ensure only Fuel Efficient Vehicles are parked there. We are using the LEED Certified Vehicle list found at www.greencars.org which is updated each year to determine which cars are considered fuel efficient.
